Please note:

All numbers above shown in business days.  Business days are Monday through Friday and also exclude any holiday day observed as a non-work day at the destination country/region.  Holidays, weekends, and other non-work days within the destination country/region affect the Total time.

Business or home street addresses only.  The ship-to address cannot be a PO Box, shipping company, or courier retail store (ex: Fedex store).  Hotel addresses and addresses provided by your trade show organizer are OK.  A local phone number of your recipient is required on the ship-to address as the local delivery van may use this at delivery time.  Do not leave your US phone number there.

If shipping to your trade show directly, please also email us any filled-in PDF forms provided by your event organizer to paste on your packages.  We can print and paste them for you, but cannot fill them in.

Duty (if any) or VAT (if any) applied to the shipment by the destination country's Customs agency:  While the shipping cost is paid, any duty or VAT levied by Customs in the destination country outside the US is not included in the shipping cost and needs to be paid by the recipient.  The duty amount is unknown prior to it entering the destination country, and is decided by Customs as it enters.  Normally the carrier will collect this from you on behalf of Customs.  For example, shipments to Canada, based on previous feedback from customers, a 10’ display has generally incurred about a $25-$30 CAD duty upon it entering Canada, and the carrier has collected it from the recipient at or before delivery.
